Mike & Ethel Winckler

Hi, I'm Mike Winckler, the chef behind Winckler's Gourmet Catering. Working alongside me is  my wife Ethel. In addition to being the one responsible for the organizational and public-relations aspects of the business, she is the creator of Winckler's Famous Salad. Catering has been our business for more than ten years now. Over the course of that time, Winckler's Catering has served many satisfied clients, both individual and corporate.
