Winckler, Chef/Proprietor of Winckler's Catering.
We are a full-service, off-premise catering company, servicing private
and corporate sector.
Our prices are from mid- to high-end, with a minimum of 50 guests.
We specialize in weddings, corporate events, ground breakings, steel
signing, and building dedication ceremonies. We do corporate outings for 200 - 3,000
guests.
We feature corporate on- or off-premise catering with a special flair.
Our talent provides a range of delightful choices: American-Continental, French, Cajun,
Italian, German, Southwestern, and Kosher, along with a developed theme to coincide with
your tailored menu. We have various venues in and around the tri-state area for your
special event.
We also have an hors d'oeuvre menu which offers our clients an array
of delectable items from which to select. Our hors d'oeuvres are wonderfully presented on
food-display mirrors and silver plated trays, served white-glove butler style, and in top
of the line Queen Anne silver chafing dishes.
We have a courteous and polite professional wait staff to serve you
and your guests. In contracting a catering affair (stockholders, breakfast / brunch
meeting, ground breaking, outdoor tent event, theme or award party, etc.), we can
confidently provide you with personal service from A-Z.
You just tell us what you want, and we can plan your entire event for
you, while you focus on your guest list.
