Pork Spare Ribs
| Minimum 75 people. All plans include fresh-tossed garden salad,
plus all condiments (rolls, mustard, ketchup, pickles, relish, chopped onions, salt,
lettuce, tomatoes, pepper); table coverings for all guests' tables (linen coverings
optional); cooking apparatus; and all eating utensils. Client will agree upon
contracting with Caterer to submit a 25% deposit, based on entire cost of Plan with
balance due no later than 24 hours before the affair. Caterer will also supply an
announcement sign for plans of 150 people or more. Caterer can supply beer truck. |
